In this insightful series, our students talk to a few of our high achieving graduates from 2022 who each share their plans for 2023, their fondest school memories and their advice for current 樱桃福利视频 students.

Ruby Greenup

In this episode, 2022 Co School Captain and Scholar, Ruby Greenup shares her plans for 2023, her future study plans and highlights of her time at 樱桃福利视频. Ruby also shares her valuable advice for Year 12 students which includes prioritising sleep.

Ella Woods 

At 樱桃福利视频 Scholars Assembly in early 2023, Ella received the QCE Dux of the School award, the ATAR Dux Award in addition to the English and Literature Extension and French subject awards. In this podcast, Ella shares her future study plans, school memories and highlights as well as her advice to students: "make the most of all the opportunities you have while still at school".

Holly Marchant

2022 Co School Captain and Scholar Holly Marchant shares highlights of her time at 樱桃福利视频, which began in Prep. Holly also shares her advice for Year 12 students which includes not getting too stressed about future pathway plans: "the degree that you initially enrol in doesn't have to be a lifelong commitment". Holly can speak firsthand of this experience who after commencing her studies in Health Sciences at university in Canberra was, six weeks in, offered a place in Bond University's medical program and has made the move back to Queensland.

Jessica Norvill

Jessica was named joint QCE Proxime Accessit Dux of the school and also received the ATAR Dux Award along with Ella Woods. Jessica, who is now studying engineering, shares what she misses about her time at 樱桃福利视频, her highlights of Year 12 and her advice for current Year 12 students.

 

An interview with Miss Surtees

In this podcast, hear from Ms Surtees who we farewelled as a teacher in 2021 after an incredible 42 years but whom we are very fortunate to now have working as our School Archivist, keeping the history of the school alive and well. She shares the highlights of her time at 樱桃福利视频 and a little insight into what it takes to manage and preserve the school's history in this episode.
